Built for Business,
Backed by Engineering

Strong teams connected to the business move faster and build better. I work in the technology and the strategy — and that combination is what drives results.

Two decades of engineering leadership across

The work

Most engineering leaders stay in the technology. Most business leaders stay in the strategy.

I started as a systems engineer, and that foundation has never really left me. Those years shaped my whole approach to strategy, organization design, operating models, and how I hold teams accountable for execution.

01

Technology & operating model alignment

Figuring out where a leadership team is, where it needs to go, and how to actually get there — into the operating model, the technology, the org structure, and the gaps between all three.

02

Engineering organization design

Rebuilding org structure, ways of working and engineering culture so teams execute faster and with more consistency. Transparency and trust, a clear mission, and the room to do their best work.

03

Cloud & platform modernization

Hybrid and multi-cloud platforms across AWS, Azure, GCP and VMware — from concept and first enterprise customer through to an industrialized, repeatable portfolio.

04

AI adoption at scale

My experience with AI is on the deployment side, not the research side: which capabilities to integrate, and how to structure teams and operating models around them so adoption is real.

Track record

Anyone can build a compelling slide. Making it real is the harder part.

A decade of outcomes at Kyndryl, Atos and S&P Global — the numbers the businesses actually booked.

  1. $1.1B New client signings generated by converting co-created, first-of-a-kind client solutions into repeatable portfolio offerings — including $510M in executive-sponsored wins. Kyndryl · Client Innovation
    2023–2025
  2. $350M Revenue from a cloud management platform built from zero and delivered to its first enterprise client in six months, where multiple previous attempts had failed. Atos · Hybrid Cloud
    2018–2019
  3. 400 Person global engineering organization transformed mid spin-off from IBM — shipping Kyndryl's first independent cloud native portfolio across AWS, Azure and GCP in eight months. Kyndryl · Cloud Engineering
    2022
  4. 11% Growth in two quarters, reversing a year-over-year decline in the private cloud business and positioning it toward a $1.6B annual run rate. Kyndryl · Private Cloud
    2025
  5. $1B Cloud platform portfolio built by designing and scaling hybrid and multi-cloud capabilities across AWS, Azure, GCP and VMware for a global organization of 120 architects and engineers. Atos · Cloud Engineering
    2020–2022
  6. $18.5M Operational savings from an RPA platform that automated L1/L2 tasks across all North American clients, compressing client onboarding from five months to two. Atos · Automation
    2016–2017
  7. 12 → 3 Months of time-to-value, compressed by building joint solutions and go-to-market strategies with HPE, Dell, Nutanix and Red Hat — directly accelerating new revenue recognition. Kyndryl · Alliances
    2025
  8. 300+ College graduates placed into revenue-generating cloud engineering roles within six months through the Ignite Program, which he architected and sponsored. Atos · Talent
    2020–2022
  9. $25M Scope of work saved — and the broader S&P Global relationship protected — by diagnosing a pattern of service failures and rebuilding client trust at the leadership level. Atos · North America
    2016–2017
